OMGGGGG! First of all the front desk lady Natalie is so welcoming and sweet! My hygienist was Jonathan! I kid you not, this was the best cleaning I have ever had in my life!! He was so gentle, caring and most importantly a great listener. Before the appointment he asked if I had any concerns and I told him I had sensitivity/discomfort with the cavitron from previous cleanings on my molars and once he started the cleaning the water felt warm and he mentioned he do that to help with the water sensitivity, he also explained everything and what it was and was so patient! Thanks so much Jonathan 🙂

I've been putting off going to the dentist for many years do to anxiety, and I'm confident in saying that even with just one visit this office has helped me overcome it. Now I look forward to continuing on my dental health journey instead of dreading it. Special shout outs to Dr. Max. (very clear and concise when it came to giving recommendations for future work) and his assistant who was an absolute trooper when it came to my X-rays, along with my hygienist Jonathan (kept me comfortable throughout my cleaning and gave my solid recommendations for at home upkeep) and the receptionist Dawn who helped immensely with my insurance and helped me prepare for my future visits. Overall I'm extremely happy with my visit and I'm confident I've found my forever clinic.

this office and entire staff is amazing, which says a lot coming from someone who hates going to the dentist. special shoutout to my hygienist Jonathan who has seriously turned my perspective on the dentist around. i have dental anxiety and he is so patient and understanding and makes me feel 100% comfortable every time i am in his chair. he answers all my questions, always checks in throughout my appointment to ask how i am doing, and is extremely thorough and takes his time. i can tell he actually takes his work seriously and cares about his patients. even remembers little details of our conversations from previous appointments! i could not recommend him enough! the front desk and treatment coordinators in the back are also incredibly nice and welcoming. dr max is very friendly and always makes me feel well cared for and comfortable. highly highly HIGHLY recommend this office! thank you to all the staff for making me feel comfortable in a place i never thought i could be comfortable!!

After moving back to Arizona, from the Big Island of Hawaii on the beautiful Hamakua Coast in Ninole, Hawaii, it was time to find a new dentist. My wonderful wife, God Bless her, found this wonderful dentist destination of total satisfaction and compassion. The office is contemporary, ultra modern, and beautiful. All of the equipment is the newest and most cutting edge. When you enter, you feel very relaxed, it even smells wonderful. Equipped with treats, water, coffee and hot chocolate. You are greeted with a friendly hello as you saunter inside and made to feel very welcome. All of the office staff is very kind, polite and compassionate. I received the most thorough exam I have ever had, full cancer screening, abs had my teeth wonderfully cleaned with a fluoride treatment. My wife had heard about this facility from co-workers at Intel, plus very high reviews online. I schedule an appointment for one crown, I need two. I will get the second one in two weeks. If you really want an amazing dentist office, give this wonderful dentist office a chance, you will be so glad you did. Bring a good attitude, these lovely people deserve to be treated very well and with respect. You are blessed, if you end up here. I felt nothing, I mean nothing when I got my shots and crown. Also to note, they make the top quality crowns on site. It is a love story of epic proportions. My crown fits perfect. No high spots, my crown feels like it has always been there. God Bless this office for its kindness. One appointment and you are all done. Money never sleeps, so come spend it here, you will be glad you did, It is truly money well spent.

I travel frequently for work and needed fast help with a crown that required a small repair and filling. Aquila Dental was able to see me right away and took excellent care of me. The team clearly explained the issue using detailed imaging and fixed everything efficiently. Thanks to them, I was able to continue my work travels with no dental issues at all. Dr. Max did a great job, took his time and kept me informed on what he was doing. By far, the best injection I have ever had , painless. Kash, his assistant kept my mouth clean and dry, comforted me during my injection and we had a great conversation during my down time . I was very pleased with my experience. Excellent hygienists, and the doctors are top notch. My son is a dentist in South Dakota. When I moved here I tried different dentists but didn't really feel confident in them. I have been with Dr. Higgs for a couple of years and I won't be changing again.
