Dr. Higgs and his staff really went above and beyond for my treatment.  I had been searching for a doctor and the perfect procedure to correct my smile. Dr. Higgs's step by step procedure assured me that I would have the smile I've always wanted, and that's what I got. After the initial temporaries, the office was closed for vacation, but not without leaving me with a personal number of one of its staff member. I was so glad that this stage of the treatment was built in because it helped me tailor my smile to what best fit me.

While the initial temporaries I got were not perfect, Dr. Higgs and his staff were more than accommodating and worked tirelessly to meet my high standards to ensure that I would be satisfied with the end result. They arranged for us to talk and meet with the lab directly and even came in when the office was otherwise closed for vacation, just to replace my temporaries; ensuring that I was getting the perfect smile. The final results are just what I wanted, and ready in time for my wedding.

I wanted to say thanks to you and your staff for my new smile. For years I had been thinking of doing something.. I pretty much took care of my kids teeth and not mine. When we moved to Chandler in 2005 and started coming to your office, it was hard not to notice the pictures you had of previous clients who benefited from getting their teeth repaired. It got me to thinking again about my own smile makeover.

I was very impressed with your presentation of the smile makeover procedure and setting my expetations on what I could expect. One day to prepare my existing teeth and take the molds and then return for one day to finish the job with my permanent veneers. Wearing temporary veneers for a few weeks gave me a sense of what the final product would look like. When it was completed I could not believe the change. My family was amazed. In the time since, I have not had any problems or discomfort whatsoever.
